There are NO refunds after a reading has been purchased.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a Service (or any part or content thereof) or change the pricing without notice at any time.

Privacy

All your personal data is safe with us and will never be shared.

Entertainment Purpose only

All readings done are for entertainment purposes and Sacred Phoenix is not responsible for any action taken after any reading. Please read the Tarot Guidelines before ordering one.

Delivery

All readings will be delivered in video format and via e-mail which client will be able to download and watch at anytime. The dates you pick on the calendar are not appointments but reserving a reading
for that specific date. If by any chance we are unable to deliver you will be notified and will be given a new date for delivery of the reading.

Please make sure to download the video on your device after you receive it as all the files that has
been sent to a client will be deleted after a week or so and Sacred Phoenix does not hold any responsibility for the loss of your video.

Refusal of Service

The Services are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. No order is accepted by us until payment has been processed. We may at any time change or discontinue service and any aspect or feature of the Site without notice.

When you contact us via “Contact Form” or “Subscribe” to our newsletter you agree that you will receive communication from Sacred Phoenix. If you do not wish to receive a newsletter please simply
